My journey in competitive sailing represents a transition from the historic halls of The Lawrence School, Lovedale to the high-stakes environment of National fleet racing. Now representing INWTC Vizag (Indian Naval Watermanship Training Center), I have dedicated my career to mastering the technical and physical demands of the ILCA-4 class.
The progression from an initial All India Ranking of 20 to a peak of 7—culminating in a National Bronze at the North East Regatta—is a testament to a rigorous training regime. However, competing at the highest international level requires more than just discipline; it demands significant resources. Nothing in this high-performance campaign is possible without financial aid and sponsorship, which allow for the world-class equipment and international exposure necessary to reach the top of the podium.
